“This book is about the Lord Jesus Christ, and Him alone,” Will Graham said to guests who were waiting at the Billy Graham Library June 5 to have him sign copies of his book, “Redeemed: Devotions for the Longing Soul.”
“I believe in every story, God has got to be the hero,” Will said. “If God is not the hero of your story, then there’s something wrong with your story.”
For the next two hours, Will wrote personal notes and chatted with guests, several of whom said they had seen Will portraying his grandfather in the movie “Unbroken: Path to Redemption” or that they had attended a BGEA Crusade.
“I’m here today to say thank you to this great family,” said Jonathan Doll, explaining that he was saved at a Billy Graham Crusade in 1989 in Syracuse, New York, and later met Franklin Graham at a prayer breakfast in Anchorage, Alaska.
The book contains 50 devotionals, each of which tells a short story with a practical lesson about living for Christ and concludes with a searching question to help readers apply that lesson to life.
