The U.K. government has announced that by the end of the year, it will allow women to take the second of two abortion pills at home. Currently, both pills must be taken at a clinic, 24-48 hours apart.
“The determination of the abortion industry to push women to undergo this in their own home with no real medical supervision illustrates their cavalier attitude when it comes to the well-being of women,” said John Deighan, deputy chief executive of the Society for the Protection of Unborn Children. “It further trivializes abortion, making women increasingly open to coercion, to make a choice that suits others.”
